Concerned by a sign that marks the return of a previous illness.
Seen within one hour of phone call to surgery.
What more could any one ask.
Availability of appointments is always an issue. New apps are released through the day, but if you're unable to phone at 8 am sharp, you miss out.
In the past I've ordered a prescription using the generic name, but when I've come to collect it 2 days later, I've been told the prescription can't be written because it's only ever been prescribed as a brand eg. Valergan. for maybe it was the other way round!.
The appointment was conducted in a very professional manner, I was given full answers to all questions. My nurse gave me a well-prepared and thorough interview leaving me with no questions at the end. I felt as if I had a really worthwhile review and was given sound advice. I have met most of all the nurses who all made me feel as if they were concerned about me.
The same can be said of the doctors.
Everything/ the procedure was carefully and fully explained.
Professional but friendly approachable.
Good follow up care.
Prompt appointment.
Thank you.
Care.
Well managed and advised. Thanks to all staff and doctors.
Improvement.
I think a new practice/building would go a long way in improving facilities but still this side of town.
